Before you can enter your home away from home, we need the necessary time to best prepare for your stay. In fact, we take care of thorough cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing the linens, so that you can find the apartment perfectly ready and welcoming upon your arrival.

The apartment features two spacious double bedrooms, designed to ensure comfort and tranquility during your stay.

Each room is equipped with a practical desk, ideal both for business travelers and for those who wish to have a space dedicated to reading or studying. Furthermore, a single bed can be added upon request, making the rooms suitable for families or small groups as well.

Families with children are welcome. For our youngest guests, we provide, upon request and at no additional cost, a crib to be placed in the parents’ room.

To allow us to best prepare for your arrival, we kindly ask you to inform us of this requirement somewhat in advance.

Yes, we provide clean sheets and towels for your stay, ensuring maximum comfort from the moment you arrive.

During the colder months, you will also find soft duvets available and can rely on an efficient heating system.

In warmer periods, on the other hand, the apartment is fully air-conditioned, to offer you an always pleasant temperature and ultimate well-being in every season of the year.

Yes, right below the apartment, ample free public parking is available, allowing you to conveniently leave your car throughout your stay.

The availability of parking spaces in the immediate vicinity makes getting around simple and practical from the moment you arrive.

Absolutely yes. The apartment is equipped with a fiber-optic Internet connection extending directly inside the home, as well as a fast and stable Wi-Fi network.

The connection is ideal both for browsing, streaming content, and staying in touch with friends and family, and for those who need to work remotely, participate in video conferences, or manage professional activities during their stay.

Of course! The kitchen is fully equipped and features a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, pod coffee machine, kettle, pots, tableware, and everything you need to prepare your meals in complete autonomy, just like at home.

We cannot accept pets. This choice allows us to maintain the apartment in the best possible condition for all guests and to ensure an environment that is also better suited for those who suffer from allergies or particular sensitivities.
